Thankful

As I enter to the 2nd day of 2017, I may have my goals and resolutions list, I am still thankful for what I had and going to have.

With this enthusiasm, I continue to march forward and do what is necessary to achieve my goals.

Take a deep breathe in and out for 3 times, clear my mind. Then with gratitude, I give thanks for all the things that run through my thoughts. It certainly make me feel refreshed and wonderful that I can remember and recall what I had gone through.

Do this exercise as often as you can to increase that enthusiasm you are looking for in 2017 to fulfill whatever you love to do.

May your year 2017 start with a big bang!

Goals motivate me

It used to piss me off cos it set me to somewhere I can’t achieve it.

Then I realized it is not the time or skills, I was into my old habit of I can’t do it.

So getting rid of some limiting beliefs like

  • I am not good enough
  • I can’t go it
  • I can’t seem to have enough
  • I can’t have that lots of money
  • mistakes and failures are bad
  • I am lazy
  • no one can do it for me
  • I am nothing
  • I am not important

It will be good to review what are you saying to yourself today.

Are you talking more positive or negative.

Turn the above to positive like

  • I am good enough
  • I can go for anything I can imagine
  • I have enough
  • I always have money
  • mistakes and failures are my good learning curves
  • I am willing to just do it
  • I allow others to support me
  • I am my true self
  • I love myself

Beware of what you don’t want and what you do want.
