It used to piss me off cos it set me to somewhere I can’t achieve it.
Then I realized it is not the time or skills, I was into my old habit of I can’t do it.
So getting rid of some limiting beliefs like
- I am not good enough
- I can’t go it
- I can’t seem to have enough
- I can’t have that lots of money
- mistakes and failures are bad
- I am lazy
- no one can do it for me
- I am nothing
- I am not important
It will be good to review what are you saying to yourself today.
Are you talking more positive or negative.
Turn the above to positive like
- I am good enough
- I can go for anything I can imagine
- I have enough
- I always have money
- mistakes and failures are my good learning curves
- I am willing to just do it
- I allow others to support me
- I am my true self
- I love myself
